Privacy policy

1. Scope

Little Writer: Name Tracing provides name tracing, English-letter practice and freehand writing. This policy explains how the app handles practice content, preferences and information you voluntarily send us.

2. Practice data on your device

The app saves the practice name you enter, handwriting strokes and practice progress, and preferences such as interface language, appearance, sound effects and motion settings locally on your device. These support resuming practice and remembering your choices. You may use a nickname or an imaginary name; a real name is not required.

The current version has no developer-operated account system and does not upload this practice content to servers operated by us. System backups may include app data depending on your device and backup settings. Those backups are managed by the relevant service provider.

3. Advertising, tracking and permissions

The current version contains no advertising, third-party behavioral analytics or cross-app tracking. Practice content is not used for advertising profiles. The app does not request access to contacts, location, camera, photos or microphone. Writing uses touch or stylus input on the practice board. Playing bundled sounds does not require recording permission.

4. Purchases

The current distribution plan is a paid App Store download with no subscriptions or in-app purchases. Apple processes payments and transactions under its own terms and privacy policy. We do not receive payment-card details through the app. Apple may provide developers with sales, financial or platform reports under its services and your system settings.

5. Contacting support

If you email support, we receive your email address, message and any attachments you choose to send, for responding, troubleshooting and necessary follow-up. Please avoid sending children's real names, photographs or practice screenshots containing personal information. Support email is processed through email service providers and is separate from practice data stored only in the app.

We retain support information for handling the request, necessary follow-up or legal obligations, and delete it when no longer needed. Contact the address above to request access to or deletion of information you voluntarily provided, subject to legally required retention.

6. Children and parents

Children may use the app with parent or teacher guidance. We do not require children to create accounts, provide real names or submit practice data to us. A parent or guardian should handle external contact and purchases. If you believe a child has voluntarily sent us personal information, contact us so we can investigate and address deletion requests.

7. Retention and deletion

Practice data remains in the app's storage on your device until overwritten, cleared or the app is deleted. Deleting the app normally removes its local data from that device; offloading the app retains documents and data and is not equivalent to deleting it. Existing device or cloud backups must be managed separately through the relevant service. We cannot remotely access or delete practice content held only on your device.

8. Sharing and security

We do not sell practice data or provide it to advertisers. Email providers may process support correspondence. We may disclose information we actually hold when legally required. Use a device passcode and appropriate backup settings to protect local content. No storage or transmission method can guarantee absolute security.

9. Changes and contact

If our data practices change, we will update this policy and its effective date and provide an in-app notice where appropriate. For privacy questions or requests relating to information you sent us, use the privacy contact listed above.

10. System export and sharing

When you use available system export, print or share actions, the file may include entered names. You choose the receiving app, service or printer through system interfaces; its own privacy policy applies. Core offline practice does not require sending this content to the developer.
